Megan Ullrich received her bachelor’s degree in Communication Public Relations with a minor in Communication Sciences and Sign Language from East Carolina University and a master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from the University of Pittsburgh.  Megan has worked in acute care, long-term care, early intervention, schools, and private practice.  She works part-time with Pediatric Feeding & Speech Solutions and co-owns Adaptable Minds, a private practice in McLean, VA that specializes in executive functioning and social skills.  Megan has completed the Social ThinkingÔ Clinical Training with Michelle Garcia Winner and “Unstuck and On Target” training with Lynn Cannon.  She incorporates these concepts during executive functioning and social skills therapy, which can be used with clients of any age. She holds professional licenses in Virginia and Washington D.C.

Kelly Benson-Vogt, owner of Pediatric Feeding & Speech Solutions is a wife and mother of two boys that keep life busy.  Kelly received her bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology from West Virginia University and her master's degree in Speech Pathology from Northwestern University in Illinois.  Kelly has worked in private practice, hospital settings, outpatient, long-term care, hospice, schools and early intervention settings.  After working with many children in a variety of settings and after having children of her own, Kelly found a love in the area of pediatric feeding.  Kelly is a presenter for Lactation Education Resources and she is a graduate of the orofacial myology class with Sandra Holtzman.  In addition to feeding and swallowing disorders, Kelly also enjoys treating kids for phonological disorders, articulation, dyspraxia, voice, stuttering and language disorders in kids with developmental delays, cerebral palsy, autism and a variety of syndromes and genetic disorders.  Kelly loves being a speech and language pathologist and is committed to using the most up to date clinical approaches and techniques in her therapy.  She holds licenses in Virginia, West Virginia, and Maryland.
